OBSTA® obstruction lights belong to 3 categories of beacons defined by the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO): low intensity type A and B (cold discharge neon and LED lights), medium intensity type A and B, high intensity (flashing light with high disharge in xenon). OBSTA® lights also cover a complet offer for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) obstruction lights, with low intensity (L-810), medium intensity (L-864 and L-865) and high intensity (L-856) with LED, Cold discharge neon and xenon technologies. The OBSTA® HI STI, OBSTA STI low intensity (L810) are used for night marking  of aviation obstacles such as cell towers, radio antennas and broadband tower, cranes marking, wind turbine, high voltage line poles, bridges and every high constructions. The OBSTA® low intensity light doesn't need any particular maintenance. The medium intensity light (L864 and L865) are used for day and night marking of obstacles such as wind turbines. The high intensity beacons (L856) are used for day and nigh marking of construction whose heigh exceeds 150m (500ft). The cold discharge neon OBSTA® lights are extremely robust and provide an incredible life expectancy and its working is not influenced by the environment like for exmple the temperature. OBSTA® manufactures all the hard glass part itself for the neon tubes obsta® and balisor®, essential part ot guarantee  along life expectancy. The BALISOR®, which has been manufactured for more than 50 years, is an obstruction light for the marking of high voltage wires close form airports and for valley and river crossing. The BALISOR doesn't need any external power supply and has a life expectancy of several decades. Warning spheres insure the day marking of the high voltage lines. LED technology lights : OBSTA® also manufactures a complete range of LED obstruction lights (Navilite Series) devoted to the aviation markings of constructions such as cranes, wind masts, weather poles. All the OBSTA® lights are designed in compliance with the STAC, the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
